Comfortable, durable, and good pockets.

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I've used these shorts 4 times. Once, for half a day of mainly downhill rides. Fell once and got scratched up pretty good, yet the shorts had no wear marks or tears. A second day was for 20 miles and 3000' and the liners felt fine. Lots of big pockets although I tend to put my valuables in my backpack. The only "negative"? They look like a fully functional mountain biking short. Meaning, you can't necessarily wear them when you're not riding and still look cool. I have a pair of Fox shorts(34) that look great on or off the bike but that's subjective, hence, the 5-star review. I'm a 34W and the Large waist is perfect. I don't need to use the side adjusters at all so if I gain weight, I'm in trouble :) If you want numbered sizes, like a "34", you need to pay a little more. Great value so far.

Nice design; poor zipper quality

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

Pros: Pockets hold a lot Taped pocket zippers keep it clean and dry Adjustable waistband and fly snap let you dial in fit Fabric is lightweight and durable and provides nice range of motion Cons: One thigh pocket zipper failed after 2 years; fly zipper failed after 5 years (Zoic would not warranty) I found the liner too tight on my thighs and stopped using them in favor of other chamois
