Incredible bag, terrible sizing
First off these bags are incredibly well designed and comfortable. I recently had an unplanned night outdoors in the snow in 14° weather with -2° wind chill. I slept on a tarp on top of snow with a thermarest pad and this bag inside a goretex bivy sack and I was quite comfortable temperature wise with one of the side vents open. However, the sizing is crazy. I'm 5'11" and initially bought the bag rated for someone up to 6' and it was way too small. You have to wedge yourself inside and I felt pressure on the top of my head from the bag and having the bag over your head means your face down to your mouth is tightly covered and claustrophobic. The large bag which I believe is considered appropriate for somebody up to 6'4" was comfortably sized for me. Bottom line, this is an incredible product that will keep you warm in bad conditions but the sizing is deceptive.

Looking to buy..........
Hoping to purchase this item as it seems to have many of the features I am interested in for a bag of this caliber. However, I have some unanswered questions. Have reached out to customer service via their portal twice in past 2 months and they have been non-responsive. There is no phone # that is available either. Raises significant concerns on potential handling for future issues if customer service is ever needed.

My favourite sleeping bag
I had this sleeping bag on Denali expedition and everybody was jealous about it. It kept me warm even in -35C and when it got wet it dried fast. The only thing that concerns me is that feather on the back where I sleep starts to disappear, it probably moves, what can I do about it?

Compression sack to small to fit the bag inside.
So the sleeping bag is nice, however there are number of places where threads are left lose. However, the compression sack is too small by at least 4 inches in circumference. I am using air pump sack to store the bag for now. For that price the compression sack should be perfect. I dont know what Im gonna do, I will propobly purchase fabric and plastics and have a custom made commpression sack, but honestly, I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. If you plan to purchase this bag be prepare to spend extra for compression sack.

Great all around cold weather bag
I've now used this for one season of winter camping and can report that it's a great piece of gear! I've taken it on winter camping trips where temperatures dropped down to -30C,-25C, and -12C. The bag performed really well under all of those conditions. The side vents worked wonders in the cold temperatures when I wanted to grab something but didn't want to expose my whole body to the cold outside temperatures. I don't winter camp as much as I summer camp (type 2 fun is a one off...not a regular event like spring/summer/fall camping :p) so I'm excited to continue trying this out in future seasons. Highly recommend!

Very warm, fit is slim, it was 0 deg and did very well!
You can't go wrong with this bag for a very light but warm bag. Used in CO at 9000' and it was 0 deg, held up very well. Little tight in the shoulders, but I will continue to use it for sure. Expensive but worth it!

Super warm, fluffy sleeping bag!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I am a very cold sleeper and was looking for a bag to keep me warm in cold conditions. This bag might sound extreme because it is for -20 F, but for me, it kept be very comfortable at 32 F. Generally, for cold sleepers, it is best to add 20 degrees to a lower rating temp rating to get an idea of what is the lower limit of comfort. I used this recently on a trip to Bryce, and the nights can be very cold. I wore a thin long sleeved shirt and long pants and socks and slept in this bag. Fully zipped, it was very hot for sleeping at 32 degrees, but it is easy to adjust the temp by venting the zippers on the sides and opening the snorkel. The bag is really long for me at 5' 4", and also very wide since this is a unisex bag that is also meant to fit men. But, the roominess worked out because i like to toss and turn while i sleep and i had room to sleep on my sides. In terms of weight and compression, it weighs about 3 lbs and can compress to the size a little bigger than a soccer ball. It isnt the most compact bag or the lightest, it is definitely warm and i see myself using this on many trips in the future!
