Warm & cute; but a lot of feathers fall off.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not sure if this is the case with your average down jacket, but be prepared to have feathers EVERYWHERE! The jackets they had at the store had feathers coming out everywhere, so they ordered me one from the warehouse. I had the same problem. I have a smaller NF down jacket that does not have this issue.

Not recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a Northface coat for my winter commute in NYC. It's true when the reviews say the fur comes out. It was truly too much I did try to give it a try. I returned it and got another coat to try. The picture is only a few days.

Good looking...but something is wrong with the hood
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this jacket. Very chic design. So comfortable when walking my dogs in the cold. But when I put up the hood, it falls down over my face. The fur literally comes down to my chin. The hood is too big.

SO WARM BUT SO MUCH FLUFF...

However, as many others have pointed out there is so much coming out of it. It's been about 3 months and more and more just keeps escaping it! I worry it wouldn't be warm for much longer... Disappointing because of the price tag and Northface's trusted quality.

No more Northface

Not good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to return this item in a month as the down started coming out of the seems and the undamaged fabric. Down was found on the car seat and on the floor, seem to come out of random places on the jacket. This is a very bad outcome for such an expensive item.

Warm in frigid Canadian weather and fits well
It is hard to find a warm jacket that is flattering when one has to order at least a size up to accommodate a larger bust - the belt helps so much with fit!
