This waterproof shell is burly enough to protect us against mountain showers and snowstorms, light enough to keep us going through difficult treks, and roomy enough to let us wear our additional AMK layers for maximum warmth. I would buy again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great for climbing or ski touring in warmer weather it's very breathable but still water proof. For size I'm 6ft 170lbs and I wear a medium and it is still big enough to layer.

Super Cool New Line
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The material is super light weight / durable / breathable / warm. The sizing is off. I am standard M in North Face. I have a dozen jackets from the last 18 months and the L5 is one or two sizes larger in the arms and body

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a jacket this expensive I expected more. There are no pockets. There are no vents. It's a solid shell with no pockets and no vents. I love the purple. The material is light and weighs almost nothing. But I really cannot get with the no pockets thing. I like to stick my hands in my pockets.

Most breathable rain layer yet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Breaths extremely well. Best I've ever had and I run very hot. I use an arcteryx beta AR and alpha SV for different parts of guiding but always run hot and sweat in them even with outs unzipped

Amazing AMK L5 Futurelight Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] An absolute extreme jacket that can withstand any weather (snow, rain, wind, sleet) you name it and this extremely light weight jackets is indestructible. It is so light weight you forget you have it on. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about extreme activities. You will not be disappointed with the quality and the strength of the jacket and the amazing craftsmanship. I strongly recommend this to anyone works or recreates in the outdoors and relies heavily on your equipment to keep you alive in the most extreme weather.

The color is off.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket is light! Almost see through. Really excited for this jacket. The only thing is the red color is more orange than red. Not just the jacket but the whole kit. I'm 5'8, 190lbs got a large. Perfect for layering.
