We made the Clutch Air Mat as Stoic's lightest, most packable sleeping pad for backpacking. It comes in clutch when packing is tight, and it's remarkably comfortable and durable with a bottom reinforcement that complements rocky grounds well. Stoic treated the whole pad in TPU for rugged water-resistance just in case the tent gets damp.

Amazing mat!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I freaking love this mat. I have a lot of back problems and needed a second mat that would be nice and lightweight and not too hard but not just foam. Oh my gosh this is a great mat and a great price. So easy to inflate and I was able to get it packed up easily too. Really light, I only have a 40 liter pack and it took up very little room. Highly recommend. It is super long and wide enough to sprawl out a bit, supportive enough to side sleep. I pair it with a thin soft foam roll I found at a thrift store and it feels like a bed.

Great Air Matress
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I purchased this to go on a 5-day hiking trip. I tend to move around when I sleep, and the mattress was comfortable in all positions. I tend to sleep on my side a lot and I had no aches. Mattress inflated up fast, but when it comes to breaking it down, it was hard to get all the air out. The air will get trapped even when you roll it. I had to suck all the air out of the valve. If you are looking for something to break down quick, then this probably isn't it. But if you can sacrifice quick break down for comfort then this would be my choice.

so far super solid!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I just purcased this mat along with the other stoic mat for my wife and mys emergency bugout kits. I like to test all the gear for a few nightes before addig it to the bag. This is a very packable sleeping pad, but the 1 downside is it will have a low r value as it is non insulated. I am 6'1'' 225 and this still has a few inches for me to be cozy on, very nice size for how small it packs down to.
