16oz Legacy NeverLeak Travel Mug

#1 Brand for vacuum sealed products.

Hands down my favorite mug. I've left all the companies that I once supported for beverage items. Now I'm solely a Stanley fan for life. I own 3 of these mugs. I hope they bring the black one back, and I love the story behind the legacy series.

Great product, lid design could use some improvements

Mug keeps beverages hot and cold for hours! No complaints with the mug insulation. The removable handle/strap is a nice feature. My only complaint is the lid. I like the overall design much better than the trigger-action lid, but I've had issues where the liquid will not come out at all or will only trickle out even while the lid is in the open position. It appears that a vacuum forms inside the mug sometimes or that there is not always proprer airflow to let the liquid come out. Sometimes have to remove the lid, disassemble, and reassemble to fix the issue and/or drink with the lid in the 'disassemble' position to allow the liquid to come out

Lid is not user friendly.

Great look and capacity is just right. However, the NeverLeak Lid relies on a very small rubber nipple to remain in place. When disassembling to clean, the nipple has fallen out three times. The first two times I found it. The third time it went down the drain before I realized it was gone. Now the lid leaks. I’m sure we’ll still use it, but I’m disappointed in the design of such a finicky lid.

The cup itself is great! The only issue I have is the lid. You have to take it apart to put in the dishwasher. I took it apart as it said in the directions, and it has never worked correctly since. I am unable to use the cup at all due to the lid coming back together properly. It was a great cup the first use, and now I can’t use it at all.

SLEEK AND BEAUTIFUL

These cups are a bomb! for many years I have been using contigo's which had leaks and other problems. I found Stanley cups, and I bought 9 for christmas gifts for teachers for my grandchildren. They are not only great, but sleek and beautiful; classy item!!

Great mug

Love this mug it does not leak and it keeps my coffee hot for hours. I like that I can Break down the lid for cleaning. Plan on buying a second one for my wife

Close, but it misses the mark on drinkability.

I really wanted to like this. I will start with the good. It keeps coffee hot for a long time. It fits nice in my hand. It fits well in the car cup holder. I like the handle. However, it does not allow the coffee to flow out well. I only get small sips. I think it needs a small hole to allow air into the cup, as the beverage flows out. Think of the plastic top to the take out coffee you buy. If the tiny hole opposite the drink hole is not open, the coffee does not flow properly. If you poke it open, the coffee flows better. So, I give this two stars for the things I mentioned. But overall it does not do what it should, that's allow you to drink the beverage easily. And I really want to like it.

This tumbler is great! It doesn’t leak and keeps my coffee really hot!

Absolutally the best cup or mug you will find this baby is awesome!! Keeps coffee hot all day!!

The travel mug is sharp looking and seems durable. The sturdy fabric handle gives you a firm hold, but stays easily out of the way when not needed. The spill-proof lid mechanism is tricky to figure out (and the instructions could be clearer), BUT an insulated cup that produces pleasantly hot coffee nine hours later is doing what an insulated cup is supposed to do.
