Why We Like The Trail Pant
Railing ruts and running berms in the Trail Pant is what we live for on the mountain. Durable and water repellant, this race-cut pant is designed for our fastest days in the park but leave room for pads and guards if they turn into sloppy out-of-control days. With a world cup winning pedigree, the trail pants are built for speed, but won’t break apart if we start breaking loose.

Great Pants Terrible Fit
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
The pants are really nice if you can manage to get them on. As mentioned in other reviews, the ankle is unreasonably tight. I'm 6ft. 185lb Mens US 9.5 shoes size and wear a 31-32 waist. Everything about these pants feel great but getting them on and off is a serious issue. I purchased these thinking that they couldn't possibly be that difficult to get on and off and thought I could do so carefully. Getting them on was a struggle and I ended up ripping the seam of elastic cuff on the right leg when trying to carefully take them off. Fortunately it was an easy fix and I ended up bringing them to a seamstress to have a triangular piece of fabric added between the vertical seam where the elastic and pant material come together. Sucks that they ripped but I like these too much to go through the hassle of returning them.

Feet don't fit
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
Like others have stated, I couldn't even get these on past my feet. I'm only a size 9.5 foot and the elastic on the ankle cuff wouldn't even stretch over them. The materials and construction of the pant seem great, but I really don't know who would possibly be able to wear these.

Purely a Sizing Review
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
I never wore these, this is purely a sizing review. I'm 5'8" 175lbs, athletic build, and ordered the 32s. I had to fight to pull the end of the legs over my feet and ankles, and was afraid I was going to rip the stitching. After that ordeal the pants were almost skin tight. The only part of these pants that was true to size was the waist, as it was what I would consider a 32.5; enough room to breathe and have a decent meal but snug enough to keep the pants on. If you're not a skinnier dude for your waist size, these will not fit. Bummer, as they get great reviews and material seems nice.
