I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I have worn these socks twice, both times around the houses. There are multiple loose threads. The threads around the toe and ankle are starting to pull apart, and there is already the beginning of a hole around the toe. The elastic that keeps the sock up already seems stretched out and loose. These are quite possibly the most poorly constructed socks I’ve ever bought. Smart Wool is no longer a quality brand. Extremely overpriced, even on sale. Very disappointed. Avoid.

They are a great fit. The cushion in them makes my hikes more enjoyable. I really like how they wick away the sweat and keep my feet dry.

I would buy again... I hope a better person packs them up

5/5! Best Pair Of Socks I've Ever Had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the most comfortable, durable socks I've ever worn! I wear a size 12, 6e shoe with extremely wide feet. These are one of the few socks that can withstand long runs/hikes.

Fantastic socks

These socks are absolutely fantastic. They are 100% worth the money. I've owned multiple pairs over the last 12 years and smart wool continues to improve on them. They were great to start with and they're even better today. I primarily use them as lounge socks.

Fabulous highly padded hiking socks!

I needed something with more cushion this time because I'm hiking the West Highland Way in Scotland next week and my plantar fasciitis flared. They have been the perfect with for added passing during my training hikes. You Are always getting a quality product with Smart Wool!
