Strange Fit
Sleeves are disproportionately long. Also, the sleeves are kind of slender, and that's coming from someone with smaller arms. Material is nice, but proportions are strange, and I can't see it fitting the average build well.

Active comfort and climate control
I love Simms products for all-weather fly-fishing outings. However, I bought this fleece to fish, jog and xc ski in during 30 degree to 40 degree weather. It is awesome for a comfortable fish, run or xc ski with good climate control and moisture management. All I can say is that I would recommend it for any active outdoor activity.

An excellent breathable mid layer
The overall design of this mid layer is exceptional. I am 5'9" 165# and the medium is a perfect fit. Long sleeves allow for free range of motion and the long zipper lets me seal at the neck when it is chilly and zip down to coll off after a long stream walk. I highly recommend this item.

One’s not enough.
Rather than shower in the one I already have, I bought this, my second one. I fits true to size, close enough to keep drafts out, and long enough to not pull out when netting a fish. It’s easy to adjust the heat with the addition of a base layer or light rain jacket. The single small pocket is handy, but not at uncomfortable beneath other layers.

Love it!! Lightweight and warm. Use it for layering or on its own. Very comfortable. Sleeves are a little long.

I love this shirt. Perfect for being part of a layering system during the winter. And I often just wear this shirt under a vest or jacket in the fall and early spring. It’s a big part of my rotation year round!

Great top, recommended.
Fantastic top and fits me fine in xxl over one of your lightweight base layers. The only problem was the lack of guidance reference washing instructions. I bought my top a couple of months ago in the U.K. and the color was Simms orange. On the first wash (which was a hand-wash in luke warm water and mild washing liquid) there was quite a lot of dye run. Has anybody else experienced this? I have never had this happen before with any Simms product I own, maybe it is just a one-off! I am glad my wife's decision to hand wash as it may have caused a few problems in a machine wash. Anyway it looks like you don't make these tops in Simms orange anymore.
