Rip Curl made the E-Bomb 2mm Hood to protect your entire head from icy headaches, hypothermia, and to prevent you from cutting your surfing session short. By wearing this hood with the E-Bomb wetsuit, your surfing sessions will last as long as your endurance will because you will be nice and toasty inside.

The E-Bomb Hood is made with 2mm-thick E3 neoprene, which means it withstands cold water by insulating your head efficiently. Rip Curl used this material because it is the lightest, warmest and most flexible neoprene ever. To hold strong, the seams are triple glued and double stitched so water only penetrates one side of the neoprene. This gives the hood high stretch, strength, and minimal water entry.
