Great pants for all occasions
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I bought the same pair but regular length and wanted to try a pair that were longer. Holy crap are they long. I have to fold the hems up a little so they don?t drag. And this is NOT a complaint. I?ve been tall since 7th grade and it?s always a struggle finding long enough pants. So thank you PrAna!! A beautiful benefit in these pants is a tie string in addition to buttons and belt loops. Perfect for fluctuating weights like me. The pocket on the leg fits my iPhone perfectly, which is great for spur of the moment mountain biking. My only complaint is that I?m currently trying to sue my pandemic weight and these pants side a little more to the low rise. I feel like a baker hauling around muffin tops.

Very inconsistent sizing
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I have a pair of these I love, I wear them quite often. Have tried to order more in a different color. Ordered the exact same size - first pair 2 inches shorter. Second pair - a full size smaller in the waist. I could wear them but I would be miserable! Please Prana, figure this out!

better for casual than serious hiking
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I like the look and they're comfortable. There is a very slight flare and as others mentioned the tiny front pockets are ridiculous but typical for women's pants. I use them around town and for easy walks, but for serious hiking and backpacking I still go with the men's Zion. I'm 5'5" 131 lbs and take a 6S in these for comfortable fit (for the men's Zion 31/30L).

Comfy

Super comfy pants. A little thicker material than I expected, so better for shoulder seasons. Material has been showing signs of wear already after just 4-5 uses, so I'm hoping that calms down. Runs big in the waist, but does have a draw string.

My favorite hiking pants!
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
These pants are great for all adventures. I wore them on my climb on Mt. Kilimanjaro, and they were perfect. I wear them for snowshoeing with a layer under them, and if the weather is a little chilly. They are breathable and protect from wind and some rain. Hope these last for many years to come!

waist runs small in newer years

literally the only pants i wear. i have 9 colors and two sizes (because the newer versions run small). they do wear and pill in the crotch (i suppose it assumes thigh gap, which, who actually has that), and they stretch a bit, but honestly they're the only pants that fit a variety of hip, waist, and butt shapes. great design. could use a tiny bit of elastic in the waist.

Third Pair
- Familiarity:

This is the third pair I purchased for hiking/trekking. Love these. Great fit and repels moisture. After about two years of wear they're stretched out and loose that great fit. I donate and buy another pair.

I use these as a wind barrier in winter
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I love these pants! I've had them (size 2 reg) for a few years now and they fit pretty well, although I'm going to try one size down (size 0 reg) for my second pair as they are a smidge big at the waist for me (they have a drawstring so it works fine). They fit just below the belly button which I prefer. Length on me is perfect and I don't think they have a large flare. I'm 5ft 8in with a long straight torso and weigh130lbs.I have more of a straight build, less curvy. They wash well and still look great. I use these as an outer layer over a pair of marmot yoga-type thicker pants and they seem to block the wind in winter. I've been out in 20's temps with some wind and am toasty warm. They don't make as much noise as my marmot windproof pants so I prefer these.

halle pant
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
very big flare which is not good for hiking. The difference between the regular and short length is massive .
