Made with Pearl Izumi's Transfer mesh fabric, the Transfer Cargo Shorts feature a polyester and elastane blend to give us a breathable, stretchy and lightweight liner short. Two thigh pockets allow us to store our small personal items in the liner shorts, and the form-fitting cut ensures there is no extra fabric flapping in the wind.
