Excellent for sunny tours
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
These pants are awesome for what they say they do: sunny tours or missions with lots of uphill. They're stretchy, have good vents, and lightweight. The water repellent is actually pretty good too. I've used them for a couple hut trips this spring and put about 30-ish miles of touring on them. I love these pants and get some good comments on them. They feel more like mountaineering pants than ski pants. The cuff is relatively small and it seems like it would have a tough time going over alpine or AT boots. I use them with Atomic Backland Pros and they fit great. For sizing, I'm a smol 5'5" 115lb and the XS fits around my waist nice and snug. I'm usually an XS in Patagonia and this does seem to fit a little smaller than normal (which is good for lil old me haha). The fit is slim, so these pants aren't for everyone. After I took it to my tailor to take a couple inches out of the inseam they fit perfect.

Great quality, but really runs small
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
Overall I liked these pants. Slim fit and very soft to the touch. Not something I would wear on cold days as it would be hard to fit a base layer under them as they are so slim. However, for Spring skiing with temps in the 30-40s would be ideal I bought a small as I’m a 29-30 waist, but returned them as they really run small. The small must have been a 27-28 in waist as they were really tight. I feared having a mid-slope button snap malfunction Overall I liked them, but size-up!
