Quality not as good as previous version
I have the same backpack in previous version. The quality of this new version is inferior. There are no compartments inside. The biggest problem to me is the side bottle holder is all mesh material. I put my thermo bottle there. Mesh can be easily damaged with holes over time. The previous version solved this problem by using the same nylon material as the backpack at the bottom of the bottle holder, and mesh material on top to give the flexibility. Very disappointed and decided to return.

Great pack

Great, has a lap top pocket that’s removable, but no additional dividers inside which was a bummer but that’s alright

Great backpack
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
This is my favorite backpack I’ve had. It’s lightweight, easy to get stuff in and out of and the water bottle pockets are actually a decent size! My 40 oz water bottle can fit in them! I really like the strap that helps hold my water bottle in place. My 12.9 in iPad Pro with keyboard case easily fits. I don’t use the removable sleeve as the laptop pocket has decent padding to it and the sleeve just adds bulk. My only complaint is that I wish there was a pocket for smaller items. I think since they have a mesh one on the laptop sleeve, they didn’t put one in the backpack, but I don’t use the sleeve. I had a North Face Recon backpack and I hated it. It was heavy, tipped forward all the time no matter what I had in it and was difficult to get stuff in and out of since the zippers don’t go down far. Sold it and got this one instead!

Great backpack for carry on
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I bought this backpack for an international travel carry on. The side pockets have mesh and it was perfect for a bottle of water and then some. The capacity was convenient. The center pocket is also easily accessible and sizable. The interior of the bag was big enough for a bunch of snacks, books, extra clothes, etc. I would definitely recommend.
