Too big
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
After reading reviews saying this jacket ran small I purchased a large. I am 180 6'0 slender frame. The jacket was way too big for me. If I had 2 large sweaters underneath the jacket It would have been a perfect fit, but I was looking for something that could be a shell over a tee or a sweatshirt.

Nano Puff Jacket

I LOVE this jacket in Lagom Blue. I tried to find it in navy and Buckhorn Green to no avail. I'll purchase another color if something good comes out.

Great lightweight packable Jacket
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Packed these for the summer in the Alps and already found them helpful in Normandy. Light weight, warm for moderate cold, looks good, form fitting. Overall the perfect lightweight jacket for moderate cold. At 12c with a driving wind and high humidity t was pleasant driving away the damp cold. Will get to the Alps next week but anticipate it preforming well there.

Wonderful jacket
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This is my favorite jacket of all time. Works when it's hot, works when it's cold. Last forever. Patagonia's lifetime warranty is amazing and easy. They have replaced old jackets before. This requires pretty much no maintenance and easily adapts to every environment (e.g. putting it on and taking it off helps a lot with temperature). Super light and small too.

Functions great, but smelly
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Husband loves it as a layer under his shell jacket when snowboarding. However, he has mentioned that it really retains a stench. I have had a similar experience with my Nano Puff that is now 5+ years old. But it works great so would still recommend. PS we do both wear deodorant and shower :)

Better than I expected.
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I've been wearing this pretty much every day the past 2 weeks or so. I had a pretty established set of vest/coat combinations for various conditions. This one has replaced several other pieces including the need to layer vest/coat as the sleeves provide enough extra warmth in most situations. If it's stormy then a shell to block wind or rain or both is usually enough down to about 15 degrees (or 5 - 10 if working or shoveling snow). It does have nano in the title so it may not be up to folks who regularly abuse stuff but I tend to wear things for years and don't anticipate any problems (and Patagonia will fix them if the unexpected happens).

Perfect thickness and warmth. Had the vest for years and it is tough. Wanted the jacket too.
