Weird sizing
I normally wear a 31" waist. In these shorts 31" are a bit too tight and 32" are a bit too loose.

Runs small
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
The fabric is light, and with an I seam of 6 inches fits great on my 5?8? frame. I?m a waist size 32 in Levi?s, but went up a few sizes after reading previous reviews. I ordered both a 34 and 35 and stuck with the 35.

Sizes are all wrong
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
You just cannot win with these shorts. I am not sure what measuring scale Patagonia is using to make these, but I have already sent them back twice. Whatever the price listed, add the cost of at least one return plus another week wait for the replacement to arrive to get at the true cost of this purchase.
