Rise too short & no fasteners for liners
I have size 8 hips and size 6 waist and 5'4". I ordered a size 8 and the rise was too short and the shorts bunched in the crotch. Also, while the fabric was nice & light and good leg length, the waist adjustment was 'chintzy' - a grossgrain ribbon 1/2" wide with small plastic adjusters that were difficult to adjust. And no fastener system for liners. I am returning. I have another pair of Patagonia mtb shorts different model in size 8 that fit better and have more robust waist adjustment and liner fasteners.
