Love my Hoodies!
Bought two Patagonia capilene hoodies to wear while hiking in the hot New Mexico sun. They are so lightweight and keep me cool and protected in the burning hot sun. I am small framed , 5.5 and weigh around 120 and the small fits fine

Great for river rafting

This was perfect for a super sunny river rafting trip. My only suggested improvement would be a small zipper pocket to store my chapstick!

Nice quality shirt, bit too heavyweight

I bought the shirt midway through the PCT to replace my Crater Lake Sun hoodie that started to wear thin after 3 months. This was a great option at first glance. Good quality, well made. However it was twice the weight and thickness of the Crater Lake And I was disappointed that there were no thumb holes to cover hands on the trail. The fit was true to size, it was nice because it didn't have any drawstrings or pockets to get in the way of the hip belt on my pack. I did return it though because it was just too thick and warm for summer hiking. Might be a good option for fall or early spring.

Obsessed!

This is everything that I've been looking for in a sun hoodie. It is impossibly thin which is perfect for me because I want to wear it in the summer when the sun is strong for UV protection. I'm actually not sure how effective it is when it comes to UV protection so I still apply sunscreen on underneath. But I do love how breathable the fabric is and how soft it feels. I've worn it all day outdoor rock climbing in the high 80Fs, on a challenging 8mi hike around 80F (pictured below), and just for running errands. The best part is I got this when it was on sale and it was such a steal! I'm usually in between a small and medium and I got a medium in Pumice (oatmeal color). My only complaint is that there are no thumbholes but that's just me nitpicking.

Cool and comfortable

- I've put it through the wringer
I have four of these Patagonia hoodies: Gray, green, coral, and blue. They are just the right outfit for warm weather, when I am out and about in the sun. When it's windy I just put up the hood.

I'm a big fan of this hoodie! Its really lightweight and feels cool in hot weather. The size Small fits me perfectly (I'm usually a Small/4 at 5'3" and an athletic 130 lbs). I plan on hiking in this, and layering it with a short sleeve tech t and a lightweight vest as the weather gets cooler!

Wow- Pleasently Surprised!

I have been eyeing a sun hoodie for a long time and pulled the trigger on the Patagonia Capilene Cool Daily Hoodie since I have the t shirt version and loved the Iggy Blue color. I sometimes struggle with the t shirt version being a little stiff so I was skeptical of how this top would feel. WOW- I immediately I took it out of the package and slipped it on and it felt like silk. It is so soft, so light, and drapes really nice on my body. I am pleasantly surprised with this top. I was worried it would be a little steamy on a summer hike but it felt cooler than a regular athletic t shirt I would normally wear. Can't wait to put this through the ringer this summer and into the fall!

Bought this for my wife after she started commenting on how often I wear them. She's officially converted too. These are great for SUP'ing or any boating trips, summer camping, biking, etc. Light and cool! *The size measurements are hers

Super comfy, incredibly lightweight material. I was looking for a casual lightweight shirt for cooler temp mountain biking. My husband says he can wear his comfortably between 65 and 85 degrees. I got a medium for a somewhat loose fit.
