Why We Like The Norrona Falketind Alpha120 Zip Hooded Jacket
We stay warm in the Falketind Alpha120 Zip Hooded Jacket through our cold-weather adventures. As Norrona's lightest, fastest-drying midlayer, this jacket was built for alpine climbing, but its incredible breathability makes it ideal for any high-output activity during seasons when snow clings to the peaks. Polartec Alpha fleece dumps body heat to regulate our core temperature while climbing the skintrack or approaching the wall, and Polartec Power Grid stretch panels optimize range of motion and decrease bulk without losing heat retention.

Versatile, great fit
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I love the color and fit of this jacket. Light weight, perfect layer, not wind-proof. Have not tried it in cold weather yet, but intend to use as a mid-layer for backcountry skiing.

Truly lightweight
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I like this jacket, it has nice styling but it won’t keep you warm below 40 degrees and I wore a fleece lined mock turtleneck underneath it on my run.
