Great Jacket, But Fit/Cut too Trim
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
Agree with another reviewer, the jacket runs a bit small/tight. I ordered a Medium per usual (40R, 5'11,165lbs), this being only a two layer jacket one would need to layer a puffy jacket for warmth underneath, but the Medium was cut too slim, especially the arm holes. Even without wearing a puffy, and just wearing a thin baselayer and medium weight wool sweater, the arms were too tight. This was somewhat alieved by opening the pit zips, but for active use, that wasn't going to resolve the problem. I exchanged it for a Large which made for plenty of room, a little bit too big for me on the bottom, but that can be accommodated for by cinching the waist and hem cord. Great otherwise, great color, not too stiff or crinkly/crunchy sounding as these types of jackets can sometimes be.
