Why We Like The Firefall 2 Jacket
When we bundle up for snowy pow days we trust the Mountain Hardwear Firefall 2 Jacket. Thanks to its burly face fabric and waterproof construction, the outer shell repels the elements and harsh, icy winds. Placing strategic 70D nylon paneling in areas that see abuse from skis over the shoulder and stray branches, the jacket is able to save on weight while remaining durable.

SOLID SHELL FOR SNOW AND COLD
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Super solid snow/rain shell. I purchased for ski/touring days. Does get a little hot and a little heavy compared to more pricy brands but overall great jacket that durable.

Who designed these tiny arms holes??
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
The jacket seems like it is good quality. Everything fits great except 2 things. The arms holes and the hood. The arms holes are so small that even with only a single layer they were uncomfortable. The hood is far too small to be considered helmet compatible.

Great on / off piste!

- I've put it through the wringer
Good fit, solid in the cold (worn often in over -15c temps), vents well when it warms up, bulletproof, great value; recommended.
