Great for Rehab

I bought this to help strengthen my grip and improve hand flexibility after badly breaking my elbow. It sounds strange, but the elbow (now with a plate and screws) has recovered faster than my hand after being in a cast and brace for two months. The Gripsaver is easy to use and using it daily has made a marked difference in my grip strength. My hand is still below par, but I can finally feel it getting stronger.

Good Product - Works as Advertised

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

For someone who sits on a computer, this is a good exercise tool. It is small, fits in my backpack and brief case. I can pull in out on the commute back and forth or in the office. I have had mine for over 5 years and it has lasted a long time. I recommend it. As it is for my hands and more therapeutic than load bearing exercise, to keep my hands balanced, I do a lot of reps at a time, until my had is tired, then swap.
