When the mountain's a canvas of white, the Marmot Freerider Pant is our go-to for keeping us dry until the canvas is full of lines. We can always rely on Gore-Tex waterproofing when freeriding is at its finest, and it's also comfortably breathable for all-mountain, groomer conditions. Cordura reinforcements make this an incredibly long-lasting ski pant, too.

no thx
I love everything about these ski pants except that they are longer than other ski pants I have purchased before. I am vertically challenged at 5ft. 8in. but they also look quite long for your 6ft model. It certainly doesn't affect performance but they probably would look even better (and they still look great) if they didn't bunch up as much at the bottom. Perhaps if there was an option to buy a "short" ???

Felt like Gulliver in Lilliput
Didn't fit. Not even close, like 3 in off. Marmot has a little web tool to help you pick the size, and it was so far off I wonder if the pants were mislabeled somehow. Since the fit was so off I sent the back and can't tell you anything else.

Just what I wanted
These pants are great and have so far held up to variable conditions quite well. I love the fit and placement of the pockets. It’s nice to have the leg zips too.

Maybe Waterproof but NO Warmth
Provide no warmth. They're not insulated, so not much is expected, but I feel warmer in a pair of jeans.
