great shirt for fall or spring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a bunch of Marmot tops for one main reason - they have massive 70% off end-of-season sales. Granted, my very first Marmot purchase - a gray gravity jacket - has been a fantastic jacket for 50ish degree weather and looks great to this day. And I absolutely love my Marmot stockholm winter puffer for 15 degree and below weather. However, I'm still waiting on the next Marmot purchase that floors me with its design and feel. This shirt might have made it if not for the texture of the polyester and cotton blend thread it's made of that feels a little stiff (not quite soft, not quite rough but somewhere in between). But it's a really good fit for my frame and, despite the complaints from other reviewers about the hood being too short, neither of the 2 crossover hoodies I purchased have small hoods...and I have a good sized noggin. They could've chosen a softer to-the-touch fabric and designed the fabric to breath a little better (it seems to retain body heat too well) but I like it nonetheless and will definitely get some use out of it come cooler Texas fall and winter days.

Great hoodie, lacks stretch
Shirt is comfortable and seems to provide good protection from the sun. My main critique is that the fabric does not stretch as much as expected. I have long arms and I notice this issue mostly with my arms. All in all, very happy with the product especially at the sale price. FWIW this thing is a magnet for dog hair (which doesn’t really bother me too much but fair warning)

Very thin material. Feels cheap for Marmot.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a fairly loyal, marmot, customer, and have been for years. This shirt is disappointing in that. It is so thin that it verges on being see-through. When he held up to a window With the blinds closed, the light pours through. And the shirt is not even that soft. Not what I was expecting from marmot. The fit is decent though perhaps on the slimmer side. Not much stretch to the material either.
