Lightweight Helmet
I've used this solely for outdoor rock climbing so far. It's been amazing. The helmet is extremely breathable. It manages to stay on your head while your shifting it around, due to the highly adjustable fit. Numerous people have used it, and its been well liked due the the adjustability. I have used it in cold and rainy weather, and it fits seamlessly into my Mammut Eiger Extreme shell. Overall a great helmet for getting into climbing.

Chin strap is Way Too Short
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
The helmet itself fits me just fine---But the Chin Strap is Way Too Short! It fits unless I want to wear a beanie or cap underneath for cold weather--which is an absolute must in my case. No way I can get the beanie or cap under and still snap the chin strap. I have adjusted all the slack out of the strap system that I can but Way Too Tight on Throat. What to do? I looked at Mammut's support page but there is no help there. And no phone number to call.

Best I've Tried
I've purchased many helmets for climbing/scrambling, and this is by far my favorite. It is lightweight enough that I barely notice it on my head or attached to my pack, it's extremely comfortable, and it fits over a hat if I want to wear one. I also like the low-fuss adjustments of the soft nylon straps in the back, which other helmets that I've tried often make out of hard plastic, which can be uncomfortable. It fits snug, and though I (thankfully) haven't had to test its performance in a fall/during rockfall, I have no doubt it will do its job. I was a little worried about the durability of the exposed foam, but after carrying it through a heavy hailstorm and generally banging it around in the back of the car or on whatever summit I take it off on, I can't spot a single dent.

Solid helmet for alpine days
Lightweight enough that I often forget that I have it on -- but has been sturdy enough that I have no worries about it getting dinged up while strapped to the back of whatever pack I have for the approach. The harness system is fairly minimalistic. Personally, I love it -- but if you are more accustomed to something like the Borea or Half Dome it may take some getting used to. Would love some more options on colours -- but that is just silly details.

A great helmet
I've used this helmet for a couple of weekend climbs recently that were long and hot. Lightweight, comfortable and excellent ventilation made for a great experience.

Great helmet
This is a super lightweight helmet that still manages to be comfortable. I have owned several helmets over the years but I think this one is my favorite. My wife has one too and she also loves it. I would highly recommend this helmet to anyone counting grams for fast and light missions. This helmet is also easy to use, making it great for beginners and experts alike. And the ventilation holes help keep you cool when the sun is beating down. You should just go ahead and buy it!

Great light weight helmet. The lip on front helps keep rain and snow melt off your face.

The most comfortable fit
I haven't worn a more comfortable helmet. From summer sport cragging to ice climbing and mountaineering, this helmet does it all. I forget I'm wearing it, that's how comfortable it is! It fits my head perfectly, and it just happens to be my favorite color combo :)
