Leki's Cressida AS Trekking Poles pretty much have everything we need for hiking and backpacking. The aluminum is lightweight yet durable for reliable support, and the "AS" stands for the Anti-Shock damping system that reduces impact forces to make things easier on our muscles, joints, and ligaments. We also like the poles' collapsible, 3-section design, which can adjust to almost everyone's body size.
