Why We Like The Revolvr Pant
The Kuhl Revolvr Pant works just as well in the office environment as it does on local trails or climbing crags thanks to its comfortable durable cotton blend fabric. A hint of nylon only increases the durability of the pants when you're bushwhacking through the brush, and a more relaxed fit with articulated knees and inseam gusset keep your legs mobile when you're climbing a new route, so ditch the tube and get outside.

My husband got these pants ten years ago when he was an adventurous 20-something living in the Andes mountains of Peru. They were his trusty hiking pants for daily use as he hiked up and down mountains for two years. Fast forward ten years and they’re still his favorite work pants, but after a decade of heavy use, they’re just now beginning to wear thin. I bought him the exact same pair for Father’s Day, and he was thrilled. Here’s to another decade of adventures in these pants!

Great pants, color not correct
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
I like these pants a a lot - fabric, fit, function. BUT, I ordered them in the "Gun Metal" color. It looks like a medium gray color on both the Backcountry and Kuhl websites, and of course the name suggests gray too. However, these pants are nothing like gray at all. They are a deep olive green color, like military fatigues but a little darker. Kuhl has a color named "Pine Grove" and these gun metal pants look like they are that color. In fact, At first I thought there had been a shipping mistake but then saw the tag attached tot he pants says "Gun Metal." On Kuhl's website you can find several other customer reviews saying essentially " I ordered gun metal, but instead they are green." So, if you want gray pants, don't order the gun metal color! I'm returning mine and will order a different color and hope the picture for that one more closely resemble the actual color of the pants. I deducted two stars for inaccurate color but when I get that sorted out I lnow I'll like the pants a lot. I already have Kuhl shorts and wear them all the time.

Good fit, lower quality
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I like the fit of this style. Light and comfortable. But compared to those I purchased in the late 00s, the quality is not the same. No double fabric at the heel; pocket liners made from something like nylon stockings; and one of the rivets just popped off (I only wear these for office and around the town - not hiking). Considering how high-priced Kuhl clothing is, I expect MUCH better.

I love these pants
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I?ve only had them a day and I?m already planning to buy more. Love the stretch, the pockets, the feel, and how much I can move however I want! Awesome. There is only one thing I can think of that would add to these pants. A Velcro closure on the back pockets. Add that and they would be perfect.
