So comfortable it’s scary!
Absolutely the most comfortable hiking boot I have ever worn! They do run a size smaller than normal. I usually wear a size 10, but size 11 in this boot fit perfectly.

SOLD
First time Keen buyer, I am totally sold!! They fit perfect right out of the box, I have plantar fasciitis, along with another foot problem, have been searching for years for a hiking boot that gives me comfort and support, FINALLY!! The high ankle support does not work for me, the low shoes don't work for me, the Keen mid is PERFECT!!!!!

Unable to fully review
Bought a pair of low profile sandals in summer which were great for my morton's neuroma condition. So bought these hiking boots which are not so low profile but thought I'd give them a go as so pleased with the sandals. Unable to put them to the full test yet, but think after a short hike they are not going to be as comfortable, however, the style and fit is great so I will robably have to adapt them (orthotics). Watch this space...

Too Stiff for Comfort
Perhaps the boots would have loosened up after some use but I was not willing to take a chance on a long hike in the mountains. Keen is an excellent company who has superior customer service. The boot is well constructed and felt it would last a long time and could withstand rough country conditions.

Not Satisfied
Too high, too stiff, too ugly. As I previously submitted, I only ordered these boots because I had a warranty claim for defective Koven Mid boots. Those boots were not available on the on line ordering (although Cabel's still carries them) so these were the closest and I hate them. Keen should have sent me the replacement boots I wanted or told Cabel's to replace them!

Well made and perfect fit
Just like any boot, the outer soles wear down on my job (walking 10-12 miles a day on mostly asphalt). But, no other boot has fit my feet as comfortably as Keen.

Fatal flaw
I really wanted these boots to work out as they have all the features I was looking for; except one. Wore the boots for about 2 weeks around the house and finally decided to return. The fit was great with additional foot beds, but the issue is the tongue of the shoe. Too small, too narrow...regardless how tight you lace them up the tongues rollup in an annoying tube. Maybe a modification of the piece of leather might solve the issue.

New Boots
Very comfortable, haven't worn them much because I'm still wearing a very worn out pair of Keen boots I have had for over 2 years and worn more most days even though that are past their best I just can't throw them away yet

Leakage
Boots are comfy but under a year the left boot started to leak. Very annoying when your on a 12 mile hike and your boot is wet.

Good not Great….
I have had other Keen’s in the past even some of the steel toe work boots and with these Steen’s the price was good but I don’t think they will hold up very well to daily abuse, better suited for the urban commandos not country folk… Very light weight, fit true to size I got a 10 but I need this in a wide and that wasn’t an option. Keen needs more wide foot options.
