Trail Runner ran oddly small for me

I’ve been wearing Kavu strap caps and the synthetic strap cap just about every day for almost 10yrs. I finally decided to spring for the trail runner hat for hotter summer days. For all of the hats I’ve bought I’ve been a true medium. My head isn’t too big or small. For some reason this medium trail cap is fitting very snuggly on my head even though there’s still plenty of slack on the strap; to the point where ordering a large seems like it would be way to big around my head. Not sure if this is how this hat fits or if this one is a dud?

I bought the khaki color and the black in a size m and love the fit, look, and feel.

Perfect running hat

I’ve ran a few ultras in this hat and it is my favorite! I like that the bill is short so it doesn’t block my vision. The strap on the back is really quick to adjust, the panels dry and breathe well, it keeps my hair out of my face and the sun off my head! Really cute too. 10/10

Cheap workman

Got to wear the hat a handful of times before the strap that holds the buckle came un sewn. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU VALUE DURABILITY.
