Sleeves are too short

The sizing for this company is so random. I have a few size S that fit so nicely with long enough sleeves but this one fits great everywhere except the sleeves, which are too short. It's a nice lightweight and would be great for fall outdoor activities but I just can't with the sleeves.

runs small, material feels nice
Haven't worn this yet because it's too warm here, but I did try this on when it arrived. I feel it runs small. I like the flat seams.

Do NOT wash in warm water
I absolutely LOVED this shirt when it came in the mail. Fit was perfect. However, I did not read the instructions for washing it and washed it in warm water. Totally my fault. But part of the white turned mint green. That color did not go well with mustard yellow and olive. Totally ruined the shirt. Hopefully this will prevent someone else from making the same mistake.
