Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I?ve tried other brands of traction devices like this and they?ve always left me worried that I?d still slip and fall on the icy winter trails. These Kahtoola exospikes are absolutely the best. They fit on either my boots or my sneakers and are relatively easy to put on. They stay put once they are on and I can walk at my normal brisk pace without having to stop and readjust. They really are like studded snow tires for your feet! I?ve recommended them to everyone that asks.
