Why We Like The Hike Liner Crew Sock
Polar vortex or not, you're going to get outside to enjoy the winter wonderland before cabin fever causes something regrettable. Protect your feet from frigid conditions by slipping the Icebreaker Women's Hike Liner Crew Socks under your wool socks. The merino wool and nylon blend socks are slender so your feet don't feel like huge sausages in your boots. Merino wool naturally manages moisture so your socks aren't stinkier than your dog after she's eaten cheese, broccoli, and salami for lunch. The breathable flat zone helps keep you feet cool, and the anti-blister toe seams minimize the chances of chafing.

Just what I needed!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I just used these for a week of hiking in Yellowstone. I had an almost-healed blister near my left bunion, but I'm breaking in new hiking boots and it aggravated the blister. I normally don't use liners with my merino hiking socks, but I put these on and they really helped. They are very light weight and not bulky, and very comfortable next to the skin. My outer socks were very wet from sweat (inside GoreTex boots), but the liners stayed nearly dry and I did not develop any new blisters. I wear an 8.5 in a regular shoe and 9 in hiking/running shoes and the medium fit great. Would definitely buy them again.
