Design defect
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Our son in New Zealand purchased us a part of these slippers. After a few months they developed holes in the toes. Returned them for another pair, but those developed holes in the same location, even though the second pair was bigger. The location is where the wool from the sides come together at the toe. The manufacturing process creates a weakened thin area aslipperst this point. Now they say the are out of warranty. They also charged my son shipping to New Zealand when the slippers were shipped to New York. They issued him a store credit which he can’t use.

They run small.
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
I’ve worn a 46 for more decades that I can remember (or a ‘12’ here in the States), and I’d say these feel like they’re closized as 45s. I’ve already exchanged them for a 47, so I’m hopeful that they’ll fit.

A little itchy. Runs small.
- Familiarity:

These are obviously high quality but I'm kind of disappointed. The wool felt feels itchy on my skin. Also, the lip on the back flicks my heel with every step. Maybe I needed to go a size bigger. But I like the sole.

Not enough support
The wool is warm and comfortable, but the slippers don't provide enough support for my feet. If you are looking for a slipper to keep your feet warm, and support is not an issue, these slippers will be fine.

Amazing "slippers"
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Can they even be called slippers? Yes, in form they may be slipped on ones foot, but in factor they certainly transcend all preconceived notions of the standard slipper archetype. These are not your grandmothers slippers. They are well-made, comfortable, dare I say stylish slipper-clogs. They keep your feet warm - but not too warm - the wool comfortably regulates temperature and wicks sweat (and is naturally antimicrobial, to boot!). I've practically lived in these since they arrived. Working from home has never been better.

Soft & relatively comfy, but lacking
- Familiarity:

Shoes seemed to be of good quality and were attractive looking and quite soft, however the sole lacks padding. I realize it's a house slipper, but I wanted a little extra cushion and returned them for another brand.

Worth the Money
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
These slippers are better than I imagined. My feet sweat a lot, and my old cheap department store slippers were horrible for heat regulation. These slippers are warmer, yet my feet have no°t sweat in them yet after several days of frequent use! Not to mention they may be the most comfortable things I have ever donned on my feet before. Plus they look even better in person than online (I got Denim, which, as I hoped, is accurately represented by the image online regarding color and does not actually look at al like denim), and I have only read good things about their durability! I would have never pictured myself spending so much on slippers, but here we are and I think it was well worth the purchase!

Wish they had some support

The shoes are very cozy, but they have no support whatsoever. My arches are in pain after wearing for a month.

Phenomenal slipper! Very comfortable! And I ordered a size which was a little too small. The return was simple and I had the right size within a day! Great company to deal with. And I highly recommend these slippers!

Working from home made easier with these

My apartment has terrible carpet that chews through socks and I don't want to be barefoot or wearing shoes all day. These slippers are the exact perfect thing for my feet. They do get warm, but I
