Almost perfect
I bought these pants after I became unhappy with the Stina trousers, and so far I really like them. The length is great, they are light and comfy and stretchy. They are described as mid-rise but they are definitely high-rise so I'd recommend sizing up. One problem with the pants is that they do fit a little tight in the crotch (cameltoe tight) and show underwear lines, but it's less obvious with the darker colors. I like how big the thigh pockets are but I wish they were off to the side a little more like on the Stina trousers and were both snap closures. I guess they're more in front so the pants can have the thigh vent but personally I could live without that. It would be nice if the vent was at least meshed in. I'm also a little concerned the waist closure is snaps and not a button but they seem okay so far. I bought the size 42/32" length and I am 5'8 with a 32" waist and 40" hips.

Good pants
Great pants, however, I got them because other reviews said they fit like the "Curved" pants do. This just isn't true, they fit like normal pants. They're really well made and I'm still excited to wear them. I wish instead of belt loops there was a belt tunnel at the back panel, it would be more comfortable.

Can’t wear them due to fit issues.
I got these from a friend who said they fit her oddly. They were in my size so I thought I’d try them out. They seem like high quality and I’d really like them if they were shaped a bit differently. The waist is too cinched for the length of the rise, resulting in a waist that digs in while the hips feel baggy. The rise should be higher as well to prevent the massive front wedgie. I bet these would fit great on someone with a Barbie doll figure, but in general they run small and the curved fit is not clearly advertised.

Nice for people who like "curved fit"
These aren't advertised as such, but they're a good warm weather pant for those of us who need the "curved fit" option (as in, for example, the Keb pants). Unfortunately, I need a "regular fit," so the waist-to-hip ratio on the Abisko Midsummer Trousers didn't work for me at all. In the size 34, the legs and seat fit well but the waistband dug in. In the size 36, the waistband fit well but the seat and legs were cumbersomely baggy. They seemed like outstanding pants otherwise. Please, Fjallraven, make these in a straighter-fit version for my straight figure.

Great hiking pants!
Amazing hiking pants, very light, packing light and dry fast! The only downside is that I bought the light blue version, and the stains do not come off. Secondly, the fabric is so thin that you see the line of the underwear you wear (even the seamless one)! It is worth it if you can afford it, but you can find other brands offering the same for cheaper.

Love the pockets and vents
I have quite a few pairs of Fjallraven pants in different styles - I plan to wear them the rest of my active, rough life. Fjallraven clothing handles what I throw at it - working with sharp tools, ripping out brush, trekking in the wilderness, bushwhacking....and, I look good doing all those things as well as hanging out in the towns we visit in our vanlife travels. I am rough on clothing but I like pretty clothing with pockets and ventilation - Fjallraven, thank you, for making sensible, rugged, and aesthetically pleasing women's clothing. I am 162cm, 61 kg, and wear 38 Reg. The only negative I have on this particular pant (I wanted to give these a 4.5 star rating, but not possible on the computer) - Abisko Midsummer Trouser - is that the waist is about 3.5cm higher than all my other "mid waist" Fjallraven pants; just hoping that in the future the trend will be back to the old "mid waist."

Perfect warm season hikers
These trousers are my absolute favorite for trail hikes in any weather. They have a loose but flattering fit, lightweight and super quick dry. the lightweight is important for temperature control when hiking so I don't get too hot or weighed down on long treks. I love the elastic adjustments at the ankles to help cinch around sock/boots to keep out debris, ticks, etc. without having to add heavy gaiters.

Great Pants, But Good Luck with Stains
Very comfortable, lightweight pant. I honestly love them. What I don't love is how easily they are stained and no matter what you try to get them out will make it worse. I sat on the ground and got tree sap in a few spots on the backside and despite following directions for removing the stains it just made it look even worse. I have some others from general wear; my friend also has these pants and have the same thing happen with theirs.

Abisko Midsummer Trs W Reg
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
These pants are beautifully made. The fit is very comfortable. BUT they are too long! For as much as one pays for these they should come in a petite or short version. Also, I prefer the map pockets on the side as opposed to the front of the pant.

Can't fault these!
I was looking for a pair of light trousers for in the prairies over the summer, long to keep the mosquitos off, but light enough that I'm not uncomfortable in the heat. These feel amazing. I love the fit - very true to fit for me but are incredibly light and comfortable to wear. Even though it's not hot yet, I haven't wanted to take them off. I get great flexibility with them, and I really like the drawstring feature at the bottom, it means I can wear them with sandals without them trailing or ruining the hems. Some good ventilated up the side as well without really chunky obvious zips. May need another pair in a different colour. (I went for the Savanna).
