Why We Like The GE1 Evo Factory Grip

Built for and by the pro's we ride confidently on the Ergon GE1 Evo Factory Grip when it's on our own rig. Lots of input from professional enduro riders went into designing this grip. While descending, the grip forces our arm in an 'attack' position, keeping our body off the bike and letting the suspension do the heavy lifting. The rubber used on the GE1 meshes great with our gel gloves, offering more support than ever to keep the harsh sting of rocky chunder at bay.

Broken already

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These grips are comfortable and look good, but aren't too durable. One of the first rides I took on them I set the bike down (not hard) and the plastic insert and end cap broke. Sadly, it's not just cosmetic - with the plastic sleeve broken, the grip doesn't sit right on the bar and feels goofy. Too bad that a grip that costs so much is so wimpy! I'll probably just replace them with a more durable, and affordable, option.
