Why We Like The EDELRID Mega Jul Belay Device

This device clamps the rope when under load and features a large, smooth thumb loop to release the rope easily for smooth slack payouts and lowers. When bringing up our second, we clip a carabiner into the top eyelet to easily release tension from the system for a smoother operation.
