Worked well for 10+ daily wet landings
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Bought for an adventure trip to the Galapagos. Used as my carry on for the air travel then used for 1 or more ship to shore transports a day for an 8 day cruise. Kept everything dry in rough seas and for wet landings. Holds alot but can be closed down to fit under an airline seat if needed. Laptop sleeve is a real plus to get through airport security. Still looks like new after bouncing around the deck of a zodiac and laying in the sand. Definitely waterproof when sealed as directed. Probably floats but I did not test that.

Great Waterproof Pack
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I'm not a surfer, but I use this pack for camping and day trips. It's like a big drybag-backpack, which is why I bought it. It's really comfortable, holds a lot of gear (plus my laptop!), and keeps everything dry. 4 Stars because one of the zippers on an exterior pocket came off shortly after I bought it. I put it back on without issue, but it looks like there's no zipper stop on that particular zipper so I need to be careful it doesn't come off again. Seems like a manufacturing mistake, and it's not a deal breaker, but check your zippers before you use your pack!
