It works ok.

I am a regular user of Headsweats and this is a decent substitute. It does stay in one place and holds sweat well enough. I don't like that I have to tie it, but maybe others do because maybe it fits bigger heads? the price point is higher then Headsweats, but then again you are paying for the name with this product. 22" head
