Why We Like The Burton Avalon Bib Pant
We rely on the Burton Avalon Bib Pant to be our own little island of dryness in the middle of a deep powder day, preventing soggy pants from ever sending us home early again. Like its mythical namesake, the Avalon provides a place of refuge as we surf through bottomless white stuff, with a full bib to stop snow from sneaking its way into our layers.

Weird thigh fit
- Familiarity:

Agree with many of these reviews- the thigh area fits way tight. I’m 5’2” 116lb and the XS was tight in the thigh and pretty long in length. Wanted to like these but have to return.

The best bibs ever
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
These bibs are amazing. They are worth the money. They fit perfectly, and I put a base layer underneath. They aren't too baggy, or too tight. They kept me warm and dry, and kept snow out. I am glad I bought these!

LOVE these!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I bought the Avalon's a few years ago in army green and absolutely loved them! Bought this year in black as I bought a new setup and they are just as cozy as the last pair I had! Cant wait to shred in them this season!

Terrible quality
- Familiarity:

It ripped and the buckle broke after wearing it for less than 5 times in the start of a snow season. Can’t even return it because apparently it’s not a quality issue?

I ordered these on a whim and love them! The green is really pretty! The do run true to size so don’t size up! Love the side zippers! Glad I bought when on sale! Pictured in middle, under my pull over!

Ripped my first time snow
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
These are super cute but for one they’re too big, the legs are too long and the waist is baggy. I am a new snowboarder & I only went snowboarding once so you can imagine I wasn’t doing anything too crazy… both of my straps ripped off and both of the buttons broke to hook the straps. I heard Burton was a great brand but the quality of this product was shit.

Not the right size
- Familiarity:

Very cute and runs true to size. I am 5'4 and 130lbs. I have a very athletic build. I ordered a size M and it was way too big! I returned it and got a small! I love it!

Does not fit
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
I bought an XS based on the measurements given and my measurements fit it perfectly. But when I tried it on it fit perfectly everywhere except my legs. I swear I couldn?t even bend my knees it was so tight. So I returned the XS and bought a small instead. And this time the legs fit fine but everywhere else is extremely large. I look like a hippo. Not to mention the color looks different from the photos. It?s definitely a boring grey color in person when in the photos it looks more of a light purple. I will probably be return this pair as well.
