Very versatile!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
2nd pair of BD's and I love their products. I got the 186CM and it handles everything I have thrown at it so far. Powder, trees, fresh on top of crust, you name it and it takes it all in. They are a bit heavy for very long tours, but on the plus side they don't get tossed around in variable conditions. Well done Black Diamond!

Love these bad boys.
I usually ski 95-98 width. But this year I wanted to try something different. No disappointed, I can tell you that, 104 is super smooth through powder and moguls, has a lot pop and flexibility when you need it. Rips through groomers like carving ski. An ultimate choice for all around skis. Only one thing needs improvement is the top material, it comes off pretty easy

Wow!
Best skis I have ever tried. Lively, forgiving, nice prive & value...what more could anyone ask?! Great in POW, crud, even in a few moguls! These are the last skis I will ever own; zero reservations or regrets.

Responsive ski
Good weight for jump turning in couloirs. Very playful ski. The only downside is a little soft for going real fast.

Great Skis
I bought 104 Impulse skis with fritschi tectonic 13 binding. The skis are solid and very predictable in variable snow. The 104 width as worked well march/April skiing in the Eastern Sierras. work very well with the glide lite skins. Would highly recommend. I am 6'2" 190lbs and use the 179cm length.

Excellent in resort tele ski
LOVE these skis. They float nicely through the powder and are lively in turns through the crud making for a real steady, fun ski.
