nice sweater, defective zipper garage
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
Overall I really like this sweater. The fabric isn't nearly as soft as pure merino, but it's still fairly comfy, and the fit and colors are cute. However, the zipper garage is either defective on the one I got or poorly designed. In order to pull the zipper up the last inch, I have to manually pull apart the layers of the garage, force the zipper into it, then rearrange the layers around it. I've never had this issue with a zipper garage before, including on other wool sweaters, and it's way too high maintenance, even at the sale price.

Warm
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I've worn this skiing a couple of times and it keeps me warm. I bought a medium and it's a little big for me (5'2", 125#) but fits well with a base layer under my ski jacket. The neck is a little high for me. I would probably order a small if I had to do over. I like it.

Love it!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Sharp looking, very comfortable and warm! Fits to size, I bought a medium and plenty of room, could have sized down maybe but it's good to be able to layer underneath. The brand named after the guy is a cross country Olympics skier, so the front is warmer, which is what I was looking for. I hate it when my chest gets cold. It's cold here so doesn't make my chest sweat as other reviewer mentioned. Doesn'tseem noisy to me either which was in another review. I just bought another one.
