Good product
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I love this shirt. The only thing about it is, and i dont know if its me, but it has cuts where my garmin watch sits on my left wrist. They seem to line up with my wrist watch exactly. I have never had this happen with a shirt before, so im not sure if its a defect or my 7year old watch is more destructive than i realized. Other than that i absolutley love this shirt. The materials is in my opinion better than the columbia sun shirts i spend most of my summer outdoors wearing.

Sun Hoodie is perfect for summer
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I have several of these Sun Hoodies. I actually wear them most every day. I use the hood with a baseball cap to keep the sun off my face and neck. The fabric is very breathable and comfortable in warm weather.

An excellent garment. Highly breathable and surprisingly durable. Survived two days of bushwhacking in holy cross wilderness. I was impressed!

Great Shirt! Better Than The Rest
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This is a great shirt. I bought four Tahoe 2 Sun Hoodies (another summer hoodie by a well known brand,) and two Backcountry Tahoes in the crew neck version. The Backcountry Tahoe Sun Hoodie/Crew are clearly the best. It's the material. It is unlike another the others. Super light, comfortable, but substantial. Way to go Backcountry. (I was going to buy another crew, but you sold-out of the color that I wanted!

Really really good

Incredibly happy with these. I bought a few for trail running, hiking and working in the yard. They breathe incredibly well, block the sun nicely and don’t snag like some sun clothing tends to do. They run slightly large, but most sun clothing seems to. The thumb holes are clutch to reduce knuckle and finger sun burn on long outings above tree line.

Great for all activities.
- Familiarity:

I used it all activities. Running in Chicago springs, kayak and hiking in Protugal, and if it's a little cold morning, I wear under merino wool base layer. Superb comfortable. Not holding sweat and dry super fast after washing. I will buy more.

Great shirt and just what I needed
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
My daughter shows horses, and I wanted something I could wear outside all day at a horse show to protect from sun and bugs, but would be cool enough for the TX heat. So far, I am very impressed with the shirt. I purchased a XXL and I am 6'1". The shirt is long enough in the body that when I raise my arms overhead it comes to my waist keeping everything covered. The sleeves are longer to allow use of the thumb holes, which works fine for me. The material is light and and I cannot imagine anything lighter that would still provide adequate protection. This shirt does exactly what I needed it to do and will purchase a few more.
