Why We Built The Backcountry Carbon Ski Touring Pole
When we're heading out to hunt powder turns, we hit the skintrack with our Backcountry Carbon Ski Touring Pole in hand. We gave this pole a hybrid construction of aluminum up top and carbon down low for the perfect balance of weight and durability, and we finished off the grip with a strong, hooked top for adjusting our heel risers on the go. The redesigned powder baskets still flex to adapt to steep skintracks but now stay securely in place when charging hard, while the wrist strap detaches for added security on tight tree lines.
