The lower half of the zipper on each side of the shorts allows you to adjust the fit as needed, creating either a form-fitting look or adding extra room for your leg pads to fit comfortably. The upper half of the side zipper opens to reveal a side thigh pocket for you to store the loose items that you want accessible during a ride.
