The construction is much the same as its Flex knee guards and utilizes an open back allowing air to circulate and body heat to escape so you can keep your cool when the pressure's on and the temps are high. Instead of using one wrap around strap, this guard uses 2 straps to more evenly apply pressure around the arm so it's less tourniquet like. The tough outer cap covers the dual layer foam core so it can stand up to hits over and over again. To ensure a custom fit, the foam molds to your elbow's shape with body heat so it's comfortable enough to wear all day if you aren't sure what the trail has in store.
